It appears there are 5 upgrades available for your i5 model 520, processor
0902, edition 7459

COD isn't an option on a 520, although now with the 520+ V5R4 announcement
IBM has something
called COD with Accelerator available.

>From the V5R4 announcement letter #106-081:

Select System i5 520 Express Configuration offerings
feature a new Capacity on Demand option, Accelerator
for System i5. You benefit from the simplicity of a
single system that can dynamically scale, on demand,
to meet your changing business requirements. This
new optional feature for the 600 and 1200 CPW
systems provides a dramatic boost in processor CPW
for additional workloads such as added partitions and
Javaä or WebSphereâ applications. With
Accelerator:
- 600 CPW (with 30 CPW for 5250) is boosted to 3100
CPW.
- 1200 CPW (with 60 CPW for 5250) is boosted to 3800
CPW
