Clearing and handling semaphores.

Once again, iSeries Navigator to the rescue.  They have a great item in 
iNav to do this.  However they are trying to kill it off.  Apparently the 
latest rage is to migrate from GUI to text based applications.  IBM is 
trying to woo Linux type people to the iSeries.  Apparently those people 
do not like GUI so they are trying to kill off the GUI method to deal with 
semaphores, etc.  Instead they have some obscure commands (complete with 
hex codes) to display them.

If you want the GUI you can try the Application Development part of 
iSeries Navigator.  Caution:  You must have at least one service pack of 
iSeries Access on.  They always "forget" to put Application Development 
back on and you get it back with a service pack.

This is REALLY popular with Domino shops.  Beats hell out of having to IPL 
your i5 to clear these semaphores.
