You can do it in batch using HTTPS with Scott Klement's HTTPAPI.  That may
also depend on how you define "batch".  I'm just getting my feet wet with
PSP and tend to think of it more in terms of being used with HTTP but would
be interested to know how it could work with FTP.

Correct me if I'm wrong (and I may be) but doesn't FTPS on the iSeries use
the digital certificate for all applications using FTP?  If that's the case
and you wanted to use a different certificate to FTP to another site
wouldn't that potentially have some issues?

I may have missed earlier appends to the forum on this subject so I
apologize in advance.   But, If you are trying to send a file or files
via a secure method between System i5 and Wells Fargo, couldn't you use
PSP and FTP.  I've had some sites like Checkfree that needed to
send/receive encrypted files and its certainly dooable with PSP and FTP.
  And you can do it batch and not use HTTPS sites.
