No, it was determined the issue was a "old " path. We had all kinds of  
IBM'ers on the system and the end result was that it was bad. There actually  
were 
all indications that it was good, but end the end the chglf with the force  
rebuild fixed it. these files are quite large.  They did say that they had  
seen 
this type of issue in the large shops, very rare but it was the same end  
result. We were all at max1tb prior to the upgrade.
