Is not the default of 23.  

There are two ports that I can connect to.  
- One is the login port - When connected, a login screen will be
presented.
- The other is the command port - No login screen, it only accept
terminal command.

Again, I can telnet to both of those port from DOS without any problem.
When do it from AS400, it hung.
