This does not seem to be the running auto-refresh the poster is looking for. There are several items I found when I googled this - going back to ancient history (1997, e.g.). Go to google and put

automatic refresh as400

in the search field, then click on "Groups" - the first 2 items seem promising.

BTW, is the DBG400 site down or its link changed? www.dbg400.net seems not to work.
