Mark, It sounds like the users are putting a 2 next to the spool file, hitting enter and entering the outq name where it says printer. Have them page down one time and use the field marked outq. Or they can put a 2 next to the spool file and key OUTQ(NEWQ)on the command line. This way they can move multiple spool files at one time. >>message: 6 >>date: Thu, 27 Apr 2006 09:08:44 -0400 >>from: Mark.Bazer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >>subject: RE: Remote IP Printer >>I set up a remote out queue "NEWQ" to a network printer using CRTOUTQ. I am able to change an existing spool file to the >>new queue so it prints -- but when other users try to do the same they get >>"Printer NEWQ not found". The new printer does not appear on the "Work >>With All Printers" screen. What is happening here? >>Mark Bazer >>Dyno Merchandise >>954-971-2910 ext. 202 Terry Anderson
