I've only used ASP's once. But don't anymore. Like you, I did it to isolate disk drives. Others may do it to keep journal receivers on different disk drives for data recovery purposes, along with performance. Couldn't you just save these libraries and restore them to the other ASP? Although I wouldn't think that it would be such a big deal to gen a new installer. But maybe they actually QC their installer and that would take awhile. Unlike the add on package to BPCS that we recently purchased, and flew someone to Mexico to use only to find out that their installer was so bad we recalled the person from Mexico and put the project on ice.
