Anybody having any (good) luck with Fix Central/iPTF today?

I'm trying to order the V5R3 cume via FTP download and keep getting "Your order 
is incomplete. Error occurred while an internal IBM server was writing data. 
Please restart Fix Central. If this error occurs again, report to IBM Service." 

This occurs right at the end where it should give me the happy completion 
screen.

I've tried it twice so far over the last hour.
