Personally, I don't find the IFS commands that bad. I like them. The only problem I have with the save and restore commands is that the tape, or save file, occurs before the objects being saved/restored. Which is backwards from all other save/restore commands. I think being able to type in chgown '/qsys.lib/mylib.lib/*' Newown is easier than chgobjown myobj *pgm newown(Newown) - and having to repeat for every object name and every object type. Rob Berendt
