iSeries CLOCK _SYNC

I need to keep my iSeries Clock and Integrated X-Sever clock synced up.
We have an application that compares the ISeries and X-server clock and
if it more than 30 seconds off, cause the hand held terminals to do a
time request to the iSeries (takes about 100 I/O's) and delays the users
(voice pickers in our warehouse).
