Eric - I am aware of that problem, and "think" I did wait. I know system 
will issue error (with retry) if it thinks a volume not loaded. It actually 
took a few minutes to realize there was a pattern to the problem, a loop 
repeating over & over. Opening & closing cd drive door somehow got it out of 
the loop. It was interesting that cume had the problem, but not the groups 
after the cume.
I've got a v5r3 to v5r4 to do in next few days. Will watch it better.
