Do the "CHGIPLA" parameters take place (RUN) before the QSTRUP runs at
IPL? I'm wondering if I can just place the "CHGLINETH LIND(ETHLIN01)
DUPLEX(*FULL)" at the beginning of the QSTRUP ???

What command is used to change this? I looked in CHGTCPIFC, and it was
not there - but I did notice TOS and MTU. What are the recommended
values for these, or is it a long story?

I see that my Line Description for my Ethernet adapter is set to Half
Duplex. I as using unmanaged Hubs/switches which will adjust to the
AS/400 settings. Will it be a noticeable performance improvement to
switch that to Full Duplex? It looks like all LAN users will need to
off of the AS/400 system as TCP/IP must be stopped before this parameter
may be changed.
