I'm spec'ing out a new 520+ box and am curious about the various tape controller card speeds. We'll most likely be driving a TS3100 Ultrium3 tape library... is a 5712 tape controller sufficient, or is one of the newer cards a better performing option? If so, how much of a difference is there?
