QAQQINI

I have just noticed that in the QAQQINI the record length is different
from the old system.

I spoke to the systems guys but they have no clue. 

I went into single record mode using DBU and did a page down. On the Old
System the records looked ok but on the new system it looks like It has
trash in the last 2 places of the 2nd and 3rd fields. In fact the last
byte of the 2nd field is the first letter of the 3rd field. 

Any thoughts?
