I take it you are using the IKVM mode where you just put it all in the same directory? I thought with .NET you had to deal with "assemblies", whatever they are.
With .Net it looks for any DLL/Assemblies in the local directory and then in the GAC (Global Assumbly Cache) The cool thing about this is if I have two versions of the JT400/IKVM in play I can update one application at a time and not break another like used to happen with OCX files as long as I don't place the JT400/IKVM stuff into the GAC.
