Local location address as in the LOCADR() parameter of CRTDEVDSP?

I think the Retrieve Device Description (QDCRDEVD) API can return this in 
format DEVD0600. You could use the List Configuration Descriptions (QDCLCFGD) 
API to select the list of devices that you want and pass each one from the list 
through QDCRDEVD.
