That being said, I have heard (but didn't actually try it) that as of V5R3
you can put a JPEG right into DDS



It looks like the AFPRSC() support new in V5R3 would do what I want, but is
still limited to a maximum of 10 resources on a single page.  So we'll have
to see how much that impacts page design if they decide they want to pursue
this option.
