don't need to specify release if restoring to higher release.

I need to save a library to a *savf on a v5r2 system for a rstlib to a
v5r3 system.  The target release option does not allow me to specify
v5r3 probably because the v5r2 system is behind on ptf's.

Is there any way I can do this?
