LDAP search question

I have a RPG program that I pass a userid and return the email address
of the user.  

I have a new requirement to try and generate a report that pulls things
such as Group memberships and Email Distribution lists from the LDAP.  I
have found this information and I believe I can modify the program to
allow for this information to be retrieved.  However.  I need this
information for all users that exist in the LDAP.  This does not
coincide with the users that are on the Iseries.  We have quite a few
people that have email etc, but no Iseries access.  

So I was wondering if there would be a way to have this program read
everyone in the LDAP?  Any ideas how I might be able to accomplish this?
