I took a V4R5 SAVSYS tape from my customer that is down and installed it
on a V5R3 System i 520.  I took Restore option 21, bypassing RSTCFG but
did everything else.

Everything seemed fine until I closed the console and now I can't start it
up again, either by Host Name or IP Address.

Help.
