Thanks.  Based on your suggestion I did go in and take it out of the 
shared processor pool.  You know, I get so spoiled with HMC and it's 
interface vs 5250.  In HMC land, as soon as I changed it to be out of the 
shared processor pool it would drop the %.  In 5250 land I have to back 
out and come back in to verify, then the % is dropped.

I did a WRKLIND.  I wonder if that line description I whacked earlier was 
the virtual ethernet?  Anyway, the rest look unrelated.
