Depends on the speed of the ethernet adapter...

I recall that the newer(faster) do not support SDLC and
that it requires the older adapters ie: 10/100/1000 adapters.

I can't recall the exact feature numbers but somewhere in
the sales info is which supports and which does not....

Look at the feature code on the box that's working and see
if you are using the "exact" same ethernet adapter on both
520's.
