There are a couple of places where (almost certainly) *DIV should be &DIV.
Also, you should be doing the *CAT's for the &DIV variable, similar to what
you did with the &BOOK variable.
You may also want to restructure the statement with parentheses, so that
you are not repeating the same conditions for each group. Look at the
%VALUES() function.
Another tip is to assign the query select string into a variable. That
will allow you to view it in debug before it hits the OPNQRYF.
I would also suggest using double quotes, instead of two single quotes
around constants.
