Basically there's two schools of thought on this.

1 - PC uploads data and then submits job to process data.

2 - PC uploads data and a process on the iSeries checks for something and 
then starts a process.

Either will work.  One thing to consider is that if you use the PC to 
submit the job then to use a specific job queue (not QBATCH).  Well, 
QBATCH might work for your environment but here, we'd use a different job 
queue that could be held when a particular division is running period end, 
etc.
