There is a *JOBSCD object in QUSRSYS named QDFTJOBSCD which stores all job
schedule information.
I guess you can try to secure this object...

We are in the middle of an audit and the auditors are requesting that
the Job Schedule Entries only allow noted users.  Is this possible and
if so how?
