<snip> I want to get them into a DSL arrangement so that I can get to them from that angle but I have never used that method myself so that will be an adventure also. (I assume DSL is a good method.) </snip> I have several clients that use a DSL ISP & I also use a DSL ISP. I have never had any issues...(other than my wintel machine that has CA installed...but that's not really relevant..just a personal rant free of charge ;-) If the company has a DSL ISP..use it...you'll be glad you did... As to client access, there are other alternative 5250 emulators (albeit in IMO very inferior to CA) that you can use, mochasoft, Rumba, dang near any if not all 5250 emulators. Just setup the connection to the company's DNS or IP & log on.... Do they already have internet access for email, etc? Then hook up via that way. Unlike the myth of a system "coming with twinax as a standard" they do come with ethernet. Rob Berendt
