Try sending something using the *LMSG option just to see if SMTP is
routing and CC yourself also. If either of those go thru then the config
is OK and it might be that the file your trying to send has a problem

Have you checked the QSMTPQ distribution queues to see if they're
active or
not, use WRKDSTQ to see a list of distribution queues on your box.

account using the following command:
SNDDST TYPE(*FILE) TOINTNET('zvi_kave@xxxxxxxxx')
DSTD('TEST')
LONGMSG('TESTS720') DOCFILE(KV/TEST) DOCMBR(ILE)
DOCD(*DFT)  

I get response:
Send distribution completed successfully.
But the recipient does not get the mail.

It seems to me that it worked in the
past.
