Perhaps he's confused because 5798FAX has a version V5R2 but no V5R4.  Not 
all items are refreshed in every release.  Do a 
DSPSFWRSC
Then hit
F11=Display libraries/releases
It's still fully supported.  They just didn't come out with any new 
releases.
