This just reminded me of an Oracle funny that happened a year or so ago. I was at a customer site working on a report delivery project and all of a sudden a voice came on over the intercom system: "Could everyone please log out of Oracle. We need to reboot the server." Talk about funny :-) When Steve gets his p5 in production it should be interesting to hear how many programmers and operators it will take to screw in a lightbulb. By the way how much does a p5 cost when you add security software & setup, webserver (include manhours), DB tuning, spool file control, infinitely better job control, easier operation & messaging features?? Just a guess but by the time you "a la carte" all of OS/400 features to p5, there's not really that much of a difference in TCO & OS/400 will still simply be miles ahead of the capabilities & features of the p5. Thanks, Tommy Holden
