That's very unusual. Probably an O/S bug. The ESA group is up to level 19 
and the latest cumpack is 6178. I would suggest you order them via voice.

Member QPTFGRPCVL removed from file QAPZCOVER in QGPL.
Request for problem 0625537706 complete. PTFs mailed.
PTF order complete. Service number is 67122.

I looked at WRKPRB and found the Svc # 67122.
If I display list of ptf's (sample):

MF38668  No         No                                   ... more

No save files, no image file - it's like it downloaded "nothing".
The above files, like QMF36985 do not exist on the system.

Opt 5 (Display Details) on above items returns strange msg:
String 'V3R M ) SE' contains a character that is not valid.
Error found on *N command.

This is a V5R3M0 i5 system with cume 6142 installed and Svc Agent group 17.
