Tried to hide it in your WRKOBJLCK but you left the library name in 
DLCOBJ.  oops :-) 

DLCOBJ will only work on the current job.  Before you start whacking jobs 
you need to ensure that SEQUEL will not be put in new jobs.  Do the 
following:
WRKSYSVAL QSYSLIBL.  Make sure it is not in there.
WRKSYSVAL QUSRLIBL.  Make sure it is not in there.
DSPJOBD QDFTJOBD.  Press enter to make sure that it is not in it's library 
list.  Library list might just say *SYSVAL.  Which means use the libraries 
listed in WRKSYSVAL QUSRLIBL.
Could be in other job descriptions.  Let's hope not.
"IF" you found it in either of the aforementioned WRKSYSVAL's, then, after 
you change those values you are probably going to have to IPL to safely 
remove this library from the library list of all those jobs.  After all, 
doing an
ENDTCPSVR *TELNET
and a 
STRTCPSVR *TELNET
would be needed to remove it from any TELNET jobs.  And would honk off a 
lot of people here (as their 5250 sessions started dropping).
