It took three refreshes of the screen to get the icons. Could just be server load, I don't know. It's running WorldGroup software (the old Major BBS, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_BBS) on Windows.
Are you kidding me? Back in the early 90's, I did a lot of work with Worldgroup. What a blast from the past.
MajorBBS was really designed for the days when operating system's didn't have multitasking. It enabled a form of cooperative multitasking running under MS-DOS. Used Btrieve databases. In the early versions, you had to link all of the "modules" you purchased together into one big program before you could run it! Later they supported DLLs so the modules didn't all have to be linked ahead of time. Still... it was basically one big program, if one module crashes, it brings the whole system down.
They aren't SERIOUSLY planning on running something on WorldGroup in today's world, are they? They'd be better off running it on a System/34. At least it had true multitasking and was able to run independent programs!
