Ahh, that might be my problem.  I'm trying to set the property.  I also see I 
don't have the latest service pack for iSeries Access V5R3 so I'll get that 
also.

If you've got the latest PTF to V5R3 or V5R4 Client Access (OS/400 PTF
doesn't matter) then you should be able to set it (and the library list)
on the connection string. 

Are you setting it on the connection string or trying to set it on the
connection object as a property? I always set it in the string itself, I
don't know if you can set it on the connection object.
