To put a positive spin on it, You do not have to research the available
vendors of solutions.

It seems that most of the forms vendors have an associated image and/or fax
solution. I would only say that the complete image solution should consider
more than just computer output. The solution should also accommodate all
documents (in, out, email, etc.) that your firm handles. With the
changing/increasing government regulations you should try to plan for future
document retention requirements.

Vern;

Thank you for your reply, and yes, I guess it does just open the
flood gates for a vendor response. Again thanks for your input.

Charlie, this just begs for a vendor response, so here goes!!

<vendor response>
We at RJS Software have an image and document management solution
called WebDocs - linkage to scanning and to iSeries reports - check
it out at www.rjssoftware.com or give me or anyone a call at
888.rjs.soft

Hello;

We are in the process of evaluating imaging solutions to replace our
existing imaging solution. The software we are currently looking at is
Quadrants Intellichief product. As they are a relatively new to the
imaging arena, I was wondering what other industries and companies
think
about the Intellichief imaging solution. Also, if you have a
recommendation on a imaging solution, just drop me a line.

Thank You;
