The above information was taken from Appendix F of the Security Reference
manual.    Look at Chapter 9 to find out which QAUDLVL values cause the GR
audit record to be written. For example GR F is written for *AUTFAIL and GR
A, D, F, and R are written for *SECCFG and *SECURITY.
