I doubt it's the date and time.  CRTDUPOBJ doesn't seem to have that 
issue.  Nor does CPYF.  Nor does even CRTPF from same DDS source member - 
two different files.  Nor does even running the same sql statement to two 
different files (providing you use the RCDFMT clause).
