Charles, never mind, I think I see what you're doing.
You are trying to provide only those meters that have duplicate locations
(premise). Makes sense now.

Just for my clarification, can you explain why you're going through the CTE
gyrations? A simple select distinct or select group by should satisfy Mike's
request.
