Check what is included in your backups. The DSPLOG at the time of the backup, will list the individual libraries backed up, and if there were any problems with something in that library, such as damaged object, or could not be saved because of concurrent activity.

GO CLEANUP has settings related to how long you are keeping this kind fo stuff. You might want to extend some time frames while you still trying to figure out what the heck is going on.

I have also found the following in the logs but I am not sure how to handle
this particular one, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Log version QHST03279A in QSYS closed and should be saved.

Do I save it and if so, how? Or should it just be deleted?
