I looked at that option, but the Holiday Calendar does not allow me to specify 
that the day must be a working day.
If I were to set 10/31 as an exclude date, my choices are 10/31/06, or 10/31 
every year.
I need to be able to specify that the date must be a working day only.
I have a daily job that runs Mon - Fri, except the last business day of each 
month.

More specifically, the AJS holiday calendar also allows "generic" dates, so
you can specify 10/31, 11/30, 12/31 and the AJS will pick the correct day.
One exception to this rule is February. You'll need to add the exact date,
such as 2/28/2006, 2/29/2008.

Holiday calendars can also use special values *MON, *TUE, etc to exclude
days of the week, and I believe it can also use other calendars.
