I can't say for sure but if the Ethernet port is part of an FSIOP then 
is can only be used as part of the FSIOP and not as a separate Ethernet 
adapter used directly by the 720.

Is that what you are trying to configure, another Ethernet port that 
will carry traffic for the 720?  Or are you trying to fire up the FSIOP 
and use the Ethernet ports on that?
