Question about QIBM_QCA_CHG_COMMAND

Hi 

I used/changed exit program described on:
http://www.400school.com/security/artcmdexit1.htm

I added fixed 
CHGVAR     VAR(&CHANGE) VALUE('0')  

And then registered it as follow:

ADDEXITPGM EXITPNT(QIBM_QCA_CHG_COMMAND) FORMAT(CHGC0100) PGMNBR(2)
PGM(LIB/EXIT0002) TEXT('Exit program for STRSQL') 
PGMDTA(*JOB 20 'STRSQL    QSYS')            

I didn't check any profile or anything, just only change to 0.

But when I call STRSQL it works.

Have you any idea why it doesn't work (I mean why exit program doesn't
work)?
