You can remove shares through OpsNav, but it's counter-intuitive. You don't remove shares in the File Systems/File Shares area (where you think you should). Instead, you need to go into File Systems/Integrated File System. Navigate (in the left side), to the folder that's shared. Shared folders have a blue hand just like Windows. Right click on the folder, then Sharing, Stop sharing. Not sure what you'd do if the actual IFS folder doesn't exist though.
