If you have access to the system try this:

Run command: QSH to enter Qshell
Run command: keytab list
Copy one of the krbsvr400 service principal entries
Run command kinit -k service principal entry (paste in from previous
step)

If a '$' is returned the ticket is available to OS/400 and can be
displayed using the klist command.  If there is a problem the error
message is pretty specific and provides the visibility you need to fix
it.
