I'd agree that the article is accurate although I've worked in corporate environments both as an employee and as a contractor where the "i" side of the house had implemented far more strict security than the corresponding Windows, Unix, Linux side of the house which is frequently under a completely different set of operations managers who "don't get it" when it comes to security. At my last employer I got our i890 through the SOx audit without a single observation of non-compliance but I can guarantee you the Windows/Unix folks had quite a few observations of non-compliance.
