You can put a data queue on the outq.  When the file goes out in RDY
status, the info will be placed on the data queue.  If they go out on
HLD, you'd probably want to retrieve the data in you r program at
creation time.  Look at the program status data structure (PSDS) and
file information data structure (INFDS) for that.
