question on specifying sourcefile for copybooks in CRTBNDCBL

I am trying to direct my COBOL compiles to look in a specific 
library/sourcefile for copybooks when executing CRTBNDCBL. Looking at the 
parameter list for CRTBNDCBL, the closest thing I see to support this is the 
INCDIR() parameter. But the help for INCDIR is confusing. It references 
"directories" and not "sourcefiles" in libraries.

Is INCDIR what I need to use or is there some other way to do this?

If INCDIR is correct, is the format the same for specifying a 
library/sourcefile, i.e. INCDIR(UTILLIB/QCBLLESRC) ?

 Specifies one or more directories to add to the search
 path used by the compiler to find copy files.  The
 compiler will search the directories specified here if the
 copy files in the source program can not be resolved.
