Those user profiles are used during IBM software installs (release upgrades).  
You don't need to, and shouldn't, disable them.  If you looked with DSPAUTUSR 
you'd see the passwords are set to *NONE.

IIRC They are used during automatic "replace a release" OS upgrades
(QLPAUTO) and LICPGM installs (QLPINSTALL).

I would think you could be able to disable them until needed.  But I'd
double check that with IBM.
