If you have more than one CPU (or defined virtual CPU in an LPAR), you'd want to keep DB2/SMP. It spreads database work across all available processors whenever it can. I don't see any issues with the other items off-hand. SMP & Multisystem probably won't leave any IFS stuff behind; they may have a couple of small objects in QSYS but probably nothing to worry about. Tivoli I've no idea.
