This link works just fine.  However it was suggested by my network
people to try to get it to work using the share name instead of the
drive. 

file:///G:/img1-10000/00011.jpg  

So I changed it to look like this 

FILE:\\\RGC-AD\SVCCARDJPG\img1-10000\00011.jpg

And this 

FILE:///RGC-AD/SVCCARDJPG/img1-10000/00011.jpg

However it doesn't work.  

Can I get it to work using the share name?  If so what is the proper
syntax.
